- Topp Business Solutions has the largest service department in the region. We are self-contained and use no outside contractors to provide service to our customers. We employ over fifty people dedicated to service, support and training. We are committed to bringing our customers the highest quality of service and support this region has to offer.
COMPUTER DISPATCH AND PARTS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
- Topp Business Solutions uses a “state of the art” computer dispatch system. This system locates equipment, matches service symptoms with parts inventories and dispatches technicians for fast and efficient repairs that you may need. It provides detailed logistical information such as, date/time of service call, response time, total number of service calls, etc. Detailed information is then compiled into a variety of reports allowing us to identify future trends and/or problems.
EXTENSIVE PARTS INVENTORY
- Our large parts inventory helps provide quick and efficient repairs should you need them. The main depository is located at our Corporate Headquarters facility in Scranton, PA. From this location we distribute parts throughout the region.
- We maintain inventory at our seven regional Branch locations, which are strategically located throughout the region and are staffed by “local” technicians.
- Our “local” technicians carry a significant inventory at all times and are dispatched with this in mind.
- Service Field Managers are equipped with “van” type vehicles that carry an even more extensive parts inventory. They are assigned to areas of approximately thirty square miles and can be dispatched immediately, when needed.
- In addition, the manufacturer we represent has an extensive parts distribution center located in Allentown, PA. This is one of four centers in the United States. We are authorized to pickup directly from this location.
- We employ an in-house staff of product training personnel. These people are certified on all products we sell and are dedicated to providing training to our customers. Training is provided for the term of the agreement at no additional cost to our clients.
EXPERIENCED SERVICE PERSONNEL
- We maintain a large staff of qualified service technicians that are dedicated to keeping your equipment at peak performance. Over one-third of these people have been with Topp Business Solutions for fifteen years or longer. They are factory certified and our service department has won many “excellence” awards.
NETWORK CERTIFIED SPECIALIST
- We employ eleven (11) in-house certified network specialists. These people provide pre and post sales service and support of our connected copiers and our wide range of software offerings.
- We have a “first fix” rate of over ninety-seven percent, which means that over ninety-seven percent of all our service calls are repaired on the first visit. This is testament to the skill level and leadership of our service department. All are dedicated to keeping your equipment running at peak performance.
- We presently have over eight thousand accounts and expedite in excess of twenty-four thousand service calls per year. When it comes to service we have the experience necessary to ensure uninterrupted use of your equipment.
