Paul Falzett


Paul Falzett began his career, working for his father who founded the business more than 60 years ago.  Over the years, Paul has brought Topp Business Solutions through several decades of positive growth and expansion.

He has served on Dealer Advisory Councils for manufacturers and his extensive industry knowledge continues to foster the diversification and the expansion of the TBS footprint in different areas, including Management IT Services.

Paul recognizes the importance of TBS’ role as a full-service provider for all aspects of today’s ever-changing business environment and has created a skilled team providing personal service to his customer base.


Chris Falzett


Chris Falzett is the grandson of the company’ founder, Angelo Falzett and follows in the footsteps of his father, Paul as he transitions into the third generation of successful leadership at Topp Business Solutions.

After serving in many capacities at Topp during his school years, Chris began his full time career at Topp as a salesman in 2003 after graduating from the University of Scranton with a degree in Communications and Business. He has a broad-based knowledge of every aspect of TBS.


Bradley Lehman

& General Manager

Brad Lehman comes to Topp Business Solutions with an extensive portfolio of skill and experience. With a degree in Electronics Technology, multiple copier manufacturers’ certificates, and certification in Human Resources Management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to several different areas at TBS.

Brad’s leadership style creates a team concept that joins together his first-hand knowledge of every aspect of the copier industry with his ability to empower each of the TBS team members to contribute a superior work product for the customers served at TBS.

Brad lives in Mountaintop, PA with his wife, Jamie. They have four grown children.


Bill Truchan


Bill Truchan is a recent addition to the Topp Business Solutions team, bringing extensive skill, education and experience in both finance and operations, imperative to the growth and leadership transition of TBS as it moves toward the third generation of ownership.

As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the fiscal side of the operation as it moves forward to sustain continued success. Bill has a degree in Business Administration from Temple University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  With over 25 years of experience managing brand expansion and acquisitions, his contributions are invaluable during this growth period at TBS.


Jeff Dixon

Vice President of Sales Eastern Region

Jeff Dixon supervises all aspects of sales management for Topp Business Solutions Eastern Region. He works with sales team to identify and has developed initiatives to best serve the customers of TBS.

His goal to only offer the best in class hardware and software products has proven to be of lasting benefit to TBS customers. He is involved directly with all sales training to ensure Topp customers have direct contact with a well-educated sales team. He has over thirty-five years of industry experience and has been an intrinsic part of the TBS success. His contribution has also led to the receipt of over twenty-five years of manufacturer achievement awards for the Company.


Marianne Devers

Vice President of Health Care
& Legal Technologies

Marianne Devers has been with Topp Business Solutions for over 35 years and has been instrumental in its continued success. She is responsible for the marketing and sale of voice and data technologies for healthcare, legal and general business products.  Her skill and expertise are a driving force behind the continued success for this TBS customer base.

Marianne graduated from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Administration. She has received many awards in her field and is a member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She is active in her community and serves on the Board of the Colleen Shea Children’s Foundation.


Rebecca Sibio-Begin

Vice President of Marketing & Business Development

Rebecca Sibio-Begin is a strategic executive and a trusted advisor of business innovation through software and hardware technology. With over 20 years of Sales & Management success across a wide range of markets, she is crucial to TBS’s ongoing commitment to growth.

A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Rebecca is a natural leader with innate drive and business acumen. She has been instrumental in helping many companies identify and streamline complex business and information processes as well as address workforce challenges by creating innovative end-to-end product solutions–all with a positive impact on the Client’s bottom line.
